The initial registration fee is $150. This fee is due after the third week of attendance. In addition to the fee, a home visit is scheduled, during which the Service Coordinator (a registered nurse) assists the family in completing paperwork and laying out a service plan and expectations of the facility. This home visit is typically done prior to the first date of attendance. Families may request that a home visit not be performed, and these requests are dealt with on an individual basis.
Our registration renewal fee is just $50, and families can request an additional home visit at this time, if they feel it is necessary. This fee is due annually in June. Families who have paid the initial registration fee in the same calendar year are not required to pay the renewal.
