If you would like to begin the admission process, please contact our services coordinator, Joyce, at 920-850-3409 or contact us. Joyce will meet with you regarding the needs of your child, and will train the staff to properly care for your child.

The registration fee is $150 and should be included with all the necessary forms in order to secure your child's place in our center.
